HOW TO LIFT BREASTS NATURALLY WITHOUT SURGERY

There are ways you can give yourself natural breast lifting without having to break the bank. Here are a few ways you can give your breasts a natural makeover: 1. Breast Enlargement Exercises Although breasts are made up of fat, they can be made firmer and perkier through exercise. There are muscles underneath the breast which can be stimulated to grow, thus lifting the breast and giving it a firmer appearance. Exercises such as push-ups, chest flies, press-ups and wall pushes all help in building chest muscles. You need to be consistent with these exercises in order to see results. Also, you can get more from such exercises by using equipment, such as dumbbells. 2. Natural Supplements Did you know that a mineral or vitamin deficiency can have an effect on how perky or droopy your breasts are? This is because some minerals have an effect on your hormonal levels, which in turn have an effect on your breasts. Too much testosterone as well as too little oestrogen will lead to you having smaller breasts. There are various supplements available on the market that are all geared towards giving you fuller and perkier breasts. These supplements work by increasing the amount of oestrogen in your body. 3. Breast Pumps Breast pumps are used to apply pressure onto breasts, creating a suction motion. The pressure on your breasts will stimulate tissue growth. Such breast pumps are available in both manual and electric versions. The suction force of these pumps pulls up the epidermis layer of your skin, leaving space underneath it. This space is eventually filled with breast tissue, thus giving your breasts a lift. 4. Breast Massage Did you know that gently massaging your breasts for half an hour everyday will stimulate tissue growth? There are numerous masseurs that offer breast massages, but if you are not comfortable with that, you can learn to do it on your own. The whole massage involves kneading the breasts gently, stroking the nipples, and massaging the breasts in both clockwise and anticlockwise motions. Your breasts will be stimulated to grow, giving them a fuller look, and eventually lifting them. What's more is that a study conducted by UC Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory shows that regular breast massages can prevent cancer. The physical pressure applied during a massage makes it hard for cancer cells to grow. 5. Quality Bras Did you know that the type of bras you wear can have an effect on the way your breasts look? You can give your breasts a lift by wearing a bra that fits properly. Some women's breasts droop as a result of not wearing the right kind of bras. So, you can give your breasts a lift simply by switching bras. If you're not sure about the correct size to wear, you can visit a lingerie or clothing store near you and get professionally fitted. HOW MUCH DOES A TUMMY TUCK COST

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Women's Interests » Cosmetic Surgery Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Audrey M. Hardy Platinum Quality Author Platinum Author | 14 Articles Joined: September 29, 2009 United States How Much Does A Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) Cost? By Audrey M. Hardy | Submitted On December 01, 2014 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article According to 2013 data from the ASPS or the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the average tummy tuck cost is $5,217. This will, however, depend on the surgeon you select, the scope of treatment, geographic location of your surgeon's practice and other basic factors. Throughout your life, perhaps there is no other body area that is subjected to as many changes as your abdomen. Pregnancy, weight gain and loss, and many other experiences may take a deep toll on your skin and midsection tissues. Dieting and exercising cannot change their appearances. Hence, surgery becomes the only option to achieve the desired shape. Tummy tuck or abdominoplasty involves various combinations of procedures intended to help people achieve a toned, lean midsection. The technique almost always includes liposuction, removal of glut skin and thinning of underlying muscles, all performed at different levels. With so many possible variations on the procedure, it can be tricky to pin down an exact or estimated tummy tuck cost. Generally, you can anticipate that the tummy tuck cost is very much affected by your surgeon and the reason for treatment. In most cases, a physician can determine if the tummy tuck will provide medical advantages. This is particularly true for patients who have undergone a huge weight loss after Bariatric surgery. Under such conditions, insurance coverage may apply. In other cases, patients may merely want to get a cosmetic improvement, and should anticipate paying for the tummy tuck cost themselves. Either way it pays to carry out your research and decide what will bring you results you are looking for. Anesthesia Apart from the kind of surgeon you pick or the reason for treatment, to determine the tummy tuck cost, you must include any anesthesia fees too. These are often not included in the original estimate for a tummy tuck. Anesthesia is a kind of medication administered to stop a patient from feeling pain as the doctor removes the excess tissue, creates incisions and performs some steps in the procedure. The medication can be given either by a nurse or an anesthesiologist. In most cases, fees are billed hourly. The cost will also vary with the person administering the drug. It is much more expensive to use a certified anesthesiologist but is usually cheaper when administered by a nurse. Make sure you ask your plastic surgeon if these costs have been included or will be billed separately. After-Surgery Costs The tummy tuck cost estimates should also include additional expenses following your surgery. Some of these expenses are included in the entire cost of the treatment, whereas others are not. For instance, some surgeons will offer a free elastic prop up garment for their patients to put on as they recover and usually some pain killers to make you feel comfortable. All this helps to aid proper healing. If the garment requires replacement, costs vary from $50 to $150. Prescription pain medication after the surgery may not be included in the initial estimates. How Tummy Tuck Surgery Affects You Besides spending a sizeable amount of cash which may come out of your pocket, this surgery has its other effects too. Majority of patients are extremely happy with their tummy tucks. The operation completely transforms the whole midsection or stomach area, ending embarrassment and enhancing self-esteem. Plus you'll get lots of compliments on your new improved body and shape. In addition, your general health may improve from undergoing the surgery. The technique rids patients of big sagging skin folds, which are potentially infected with bacteria or fungus. Consequently, the tummy tuck is well-received by Bariatric patients who experience rashes and sores. The muscles in the belly wall can begin to separate from pregnancy or aging, something referred to as laxity. This may lead to reduced muscle potency and make the area look like it is sagging. Tummy tucks deal with this problem by fixing the muscles and making them much tighter. This is referred to as plication. In addition to this, the stretch marks are removed too, along with the excess skin. All these are included in the entire tummy tuck cost you have to pay, which makes it more cost-effective. Conclusion Whilst no surgeon can guarantee results which will meet your hopes beyond a shadow of doubt, you may reduce the risk of unfavorable outcome by not shopping price alone. In basic terms, the better the surgeon, the better the results and the likelihood of having to return for corrections is reduced. Thus, the importance of selecting a reputable and an excellent doctor should not be overstated. Tummy tucks are a safe and acceptable way to trim down your waist line without exercise or dieting. Costs vary from city to city and state to state. Find the best cosmetic surgeons in your area at [http://costoftummytuck.com/]. HAIR FALLING OUT DON'T WORRY ITS A CYCLE

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Health and Fitness » Beauty Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Dr. Pran Rangan Platinum Quality Author Platinum Author | 22 Articles Joined: August 17, 2016 India Hair And Its Growth Cycle By Dr. Pran Rangan | Submitted On February 17, 2017 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article Expert Author Dr. Pran Rangan For many, hair can be source of worry as well as jealousy at times. For some, it is source of vanity too. If people have correct information and facts about hair, they will be spared of much worry or jealousy. An average person has up to 150,000 hair follicles on one's head, whereas the entire adult body has 5 million. That number is constant over a lifetime. Hair has two distinct structures - the follicle itself, which resides in the skin, and the shaft, which is what is visible above the scalp. Hair follicle - The hair follicle is a tunnel-like part of the epidermis that extends down into the dermis of the skin. At the base of the follicle is the papilla, which contains capillaries, or tiny blood vessels that nourish the cells. The living part of the hair is the very bottom part surrounding the papilla, called the bulb. The cells of the bulb divide every 23 to 72 hours, remarkably faster than any other cell in the body. Only one hair grows out of one follicle. At the base of the hair follicle are sensory nerve fibers that wrap around each hair bulb. Bending the hair stimulates the nerve endings allowing a person to feel that the hair has been moved. Hair follicle has two sheaths, which protect it and help form the growing hair shaft. There are several other structures associated with the hair follicle, including arrector pili, which is a tiny bundle of muscle fiber connected to a follicle. The contraction of these muscles is what causes goose bumps. Sebaceous glands are also attached to hair follicles, which produce oil, called sebum that moves up hair follicles to the surface of the skin, where it lubricates skin and hair. Hair shaft - The hair shaft is made of a hard protein called keratin and is made of three layers. In fact, the hair is not a living structure as this protein is dead. The inner layer of a hair is the medulla, the second layer the cortex and the outer layer the cuticle. The cortex makes up the majority of the hair shaft. The cuticle is a tightly formed structure made of shingle-like overlapping scales. It is both the cortex and the medulla that holds the hair's pigment, giving it its color. Hair growth cycle - There are four stages of hair growth cycle: • Anagen (Growing phase): Hair in the anagen phase may grow faster during the early years. Average growth rate is 1 - 1.5 cm per 28 days. This phase lasts for two to seven years and determines the length of our hair. • Catagen (Regression phase): This stage lasts about ten days. The hair follicle shrinks and detaches from the dermal papilla. • Telogen (Resting phase): This is the resting phase of the follicle which lasts for approximately four months. About 10 to 15% of hairs are this stage. The follicle remains quiescent in its shortened state and awakens to regenerate with the onset of the new growth phase. • Exogen (Shedding phase): This is the period in which hair reaches its terminal position in the follicle. The resting hair is gradually loosened resulting in its shedding. The majority of shedding occurs during new growth phase. Over time, the length of the anagen stage decreases. Therefore, the hair may become weaker and thinner after each cycle. That's why it's important to ensure your diet is rich in specific nutrients to maintain normal, healthy hair growth. If hairs enter the resting phase too early, excess shedding and noticeable thinning of the hair can occur. Telogen effluvium - Telogen effluvium is a phenomenon that occurs after pregnancy, major surgery, drastic weight loss, or extreme stress, in which people shed large amounts of hair every day, usually when shampooing, styling, or brushing. It can also be a side effect of certain medications, such as antidepressants, beta-blockers, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. During telogen effluvium, hair shifts faster than normal from its growing phase into the resting phase before moving quickly into the shedding, or telogen, phase. The bottom line - Hair is far more complex than most of us understand. Besides creating gender identity, it plays a vital role in the appearance of both men and women. Therefore, any factual information about hair will help people take good care of them. The structure of hair is quite complex than it is mostly understood by people. It is also important to understand its process of growth because it will shed light on why hair fall occurs and number of hair fall that should be considered normal. This will reduce the anxiety of many people about their hair fall. AROMATHERAPY HELPS ROSAEA

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Health and Fitness » Aromatherapy Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Fai Chan Basic PLUS Author | 14 Articles Joined: March 5, 2016 United States Her Face, Her Confidence, and Her Change - A Case Study on Healing Rosacea With Carrier Oils By Fai Chan | Submitted On September 18, 2016 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article Expert Author Fai Chan Introduction Emmy is pursuing a nursing degree with the hope of working as a cosmetic nurse when she graduates. She is now working part time as an administrative assistant in a dermatologist office. She has rosacea on both sides of her cheekbones. The rosacea undermines her confidence considerably. To mask the symptom, she uses makeup. The makeup may be one of the contributing factors to her present situation. She has had this problem since childhood. Her mother works in a medical spa. She has tried many methods to alleviate her daughter's problem but never was able to cure it. The fact that Emmy likes to eat junk food and to use her hand to scratch her face makes the problem worse. Usually, people with long term illness have a tendency to engage in a unhealthy diet or habit. Healing Protocols I am a client of her mother's medical spa. I found out about her problem during a lunch meeting and offered help. I thought of using essential oils to treat her problem. However, I was concerned about the side effects of essential oils. "Less is more" appeared to be the right motto for this situation as the less the irritation in the healing process, the more effective the healing protocols. I gave her a balm to apply to the affected areas. The balm contained only carrier oils. Beeswax: 1 oz Coffee infused olive oil: 0.5 oz Calendula infused olive oil: 2.5 oz I made the above in lip balm form for easy application and hygiene consideration. There is lack of research data on using carrier oils as healing agents; therefore, I drew the conclusion from the information of comparatively trusted sources. Please bear in mind that more research data is needed on the application of each component. Beeswax is a common thickening agent and emulsifier used in skincare and cosmetic industry. In addition, according to webMD, it also carries the properties of mild anti inflammation. It is also soothing and emollient. In an article by webMD, it quoted the comments made by some researchers that coffee has antioxidant capacity which can reduce the damage made by free radicals [anti-inflammation]. Olive oil, on the other hand, is very emollient and anti-inflammatory as well. it helps relieve skin irritation. Calendula is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties and its ability to help the growth of new cells - according to webMD. Encouraging Reports After receiving the balm, Emmy applied it once a day. After a week, the redness on her cheek started to go away. I recommend her to keep using it. A month later, more than 1/2 of her redness was gone. During the 6th week, she had some flare-ups (acnes caused by rosacea), and her redness seemed to come back, but that redness was under control. Her mother suspected that the symptoms were the result of unhealthy eating habit and scratching of her face. I then gave her another balm for the acnes: ½ oz (15 ml) Beeswax 1.5 oz (45 ml) Coconut Oil 10 drops Ginger essential oil 10 drops Tea Tree essential oil I made about 10 lip balms, which meant that the dilution of oil was only 2% per lip balm. I use Coconut Oil for its moisturizing and anti-inflammatory properties. It reduces the skin irritation that lead to inflammation. Instead of directly applying the essential oil(s) to the affected areas, the client feels more comfortable when essential oils are mixed with some carrier oils as a buffer, although doing so reduces the strength of essential oils. Beeswax is added for its solidification purpose and its anti-inflammatory property. Ginger essential oil and tea tree oil are anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. The balm proved to be very effective in healing her flare-ups. Within a week, all her redness and acnes were gone. Afterwards Emmy has more confidence in her appearance now as she is receiving compliments from her clients on her amazing skin. It is worth mentioning that she started a healthy diet and habit after the healing of her rosacea. Conclusion People used to think that essential oils are the key components of aromatherapy. In fact, carrier oils, when used correctly, are very good in healing irritated skin. More research data on the use of carrier oils is needed to determine their efficacy in other applications. SEMI PERMANENT MAKE UP COSMETICS

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Health and Fitness » Beauty Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Catherine M Blackburn Basic PLUS Author | 10 Articles Joined: August 18, 2012 United Kingdom All You Need To Know About Semi-Permanent Cosmetics By Catherine M Blackburn | Submitted On October 11, 2016 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article Expert Author Catherine M Blackburn Semi-permanent makeup, also called micro pigmentation is a procedure that places tiny particles of pigment below the surface of the skin. The process is similar to tattooing, but there are important differences. Tattooing is permanent, and micro-pigmentation or semi-permanent makeup, as the name suggests, isn't. The reason that tattoos are permanent and micro pigmentation isn't, comes down to how deep the pigment is placed. Tattooing is much deeper, placing the pigment in the hypodermis (the third layer of the skin). Semi-permanent makeup (micro pigmentation) places the pigment in the epidermis and the dermis (the top two layers of skin). Here it can be broken down over time by the body, and this causes it to fade over time. Typically it takes about 18 months to fade. Semi-permanent cosmetic can be used to enhance eyebrows, lips and eyelash line. It can also be used to create the appearance of hair stubble for men who have lost their hair and want to look shaven rather than shiny bald. More advanced forms of micro pigmentation can be used to cover scars and even to reconstruct the areola for women having undergone mastectomy and breast reconstruction. Before the procedure begins, cosmetic pencils are used to simulate the results of the final treatment and to provide a template for the technician to follow. The technician will also discuss your skin tone to make sure the correct pigment colour is chosen. For some areas, an anaesthetic cream may be necessary so that you have a comfortable treatment. The pigment is then applied to the skin with the micro pigmentation device. The device uses a very fine needle to push the pigment into the dermal layer of the skin. A further treatment is usually needed around two weeks later to perfect the results. Your micro pigmentation technician should give you full after care instructions. Generally, they will advise you not to expose the area to sunlight and avoid swimming for several weeks, avoid makeup, don't pick any flaking skin, don't wear contact lenses if the eye area has been treated for the week or so after treatment. They may advise you use Vaseline over the treatment area for a few days. The micro pigmentation will last somewhere between 12 and 18 months on average. The initial results may look a little dark, but the pigment will lighten after a few days. There may also be some initial swelling or minor bruising which will resolve fairly quickly after treatment. All in all semi-permanent makeup is a fairly low-risk procedure with many benefits. For those wanting to look gorgeous straight out of bed in the morning, then it is the ideal solution. It is also a huge benefit to those who may be sight impaired or those who don't have a steady hand, relieving them of the chore of trying to apply makeup. Whatever your reason for wanting semi-permanent makeup, always check the credentials of the technician who will be performing your procedure and check they are fully insured. It is also a good idea to ask them If they have a portfolio of their work to show you. Evolutions Clinic in Winchester offers non surgical cosmetic treatments including semi-permanent makeup or micro pigmentation. BEST BEAUTY SECRET EVER CASTOR OIL

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Health and Fitness » Beauty Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Christina M Hall Platinum Quality Author Platinum Author | 11 Articles Joined: November 21, 2014 United States Castor Oil, the Best Beauty Secret Ever By Christina M Hall | Submitted On December 15, 2016 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article Expert Author Christina M Hall I will tell you that I absolutely love castor oil and that I use it daily. I honestly believe that castor oil is the best beauty secret ever, especially for those of us in middle age. It has so many benefits, but very few women know that it can do AMAZING things in the anti-aging category! What is this oil anyways? It is a colorless to pale yellow oil that is obtained by pressing the seeds of the castor oil plant. It also has the name Palma Christi or palm of Christ because the leaf is divided and resembles a palm and its seeds have even been found in Egyptian tombs dating back to 4000 BC. Castor oil has a lot of viscosity, it is sticky and thick. I have been applying castor oil daily to my face and neck area for at least three years now. You only need a drop or two when applying it to your face because it goes a long way. I would gently apply it even over your lashes and eyebrows as this encourages growth. You will find that it immediately moisturizes your face or other body parts deeply and what's best about it is that there are NO chemicals to this anti-aging beauty regimen if you use the organic variation. After applying the castor oil, I also follow it up with a combination of essentials oils that includes frankincense, spikenard (lavender) and neroli. Not only do I get the moisturizing effect of castor, but I extend its value with the other oils whose properties are antiviral and immune stimulating, not to mention all the other direct benefits. I apply my makeup after applying the oil and it goes on much smoother, especially around the eyes. By the way, I know this combination is great for acne as well! Years back I did not really understand the benefits of all these natural products, but I have since opened my eyes. With all the chemicals in today's world and all the oxidation or "rusting" that occurs in our bodies, why not give yourself a few extra years of additional health? Women spend millions of dollars for anti-aging creams and cosmetics. Not only is this a simple and healthier solution, it is cheaper! I no longer use man-made chemicals, whether it is my face wash, hair dye, shampoo, makeup or skin care. At first the transition was a bit costly, but now it's about the same without putting these chemicals into my bloodstream. I don't even have to wash my face at the end of the day because most of what I use is simply antioxidants made from nature. We can do plenty to slow down our aging, and I know personally that castor oil with the combination of essential oils can keep the wrinkles detained for just a bit longer. Who knows, maybe this palm of Christ has just the healing effect we're looking for! Note: Not recommended for pregnant women. Castor oil is one of the best kept beauty secrets ever. It can revitalize your skin immediately and it's 100% natural. Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/expert/Christina_M_Hall/2034736 0 Comments | Leave a Comment Did you find this article helpful? This results in hair growth being stopped in the damaged follicle. TEN THINGS SUCCESSFUL WOMEN KNOW

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Women's Interests Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Madison P Singh Basic Author | 8 Articles Joined: March 31, 2016 United States Ten Things Highly Successful Women Would Have Done Differently In High School By Madison P Singh | Submitted On September 05, 2016 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article Expert Author Madison P Singh "What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you" - Ralph Waldo Emerson About a year ago, I read an article written by someone who was giving advice to her younger self. I found it interesting, as I am always interested in learning from my mistakes and the mistakes of others. I am very focused on success for young women in high school and I thought it might be interesting to find out what some of the most successful women would have done differently in high school. High school really is the springboard to future success and I am forever and always a proponent of hard work and high achievement. I devised a questionnaire and asked 60 highly successful women what advice they would give to current high school girls yearning for great successes in their lives, as well. My list of successful women included those that had reached the pinnacle of success in their respective fields, such as a Supreme Court Justice, several Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officers, Law and Medical Professors at the most elite colleges in the country, a University President, a Governor, several Senators, a championship winning athlete, an Academy Award winning actress and a Pulitzer Prize winning author. Although it took me about a year to contact and compile my responses from these women, I was pleasantly surprised at their willingness to communicate their experiences and advice with me. It was also interesting that many of these women shared similar responses. In my prior research studies, high school girls who successfully embraced this advice ended up at the most elite colleges in the country. There may not be a scientific correlation at this time, but it is an interesting outcome, nonetheless. I have published this in my other articles, which I encourage you to read. The following are the top ten things these highly successful women would have done differently in high school and some advice they shared, ranked in order of the most responses: 1. Never Let Go Of Your Dreams And Dream Big- Your dreams become your inspiration to work harder and set goals for high achievement. These women related they purposely picked goals that were difficult to achieve, such as making partner in a prestigious law firm or becoming a tenured professor by the age of 35, becoming a Supreme Court Justice and running for the office of Governor and winning. Just because a state has never elected a female Governor before doesn't mean it can't happen. If you believe in yourself, you can make it happen. If you focus, work hard enough and stay away from the distractions in high school, anything is possible. Many of the women interviewed told me that high school, retrospectively, is a little part of a bigger picture and they focused on the long term, not the short term. They advised to stay away from the drama and negative peer pressure in high school and just follow your own unique path. 2. Learn To Say "No"- Don't pretend to be something you are not; be yourself. You are not out to please the world and you shouldn't do anything you are not comfortable doing. "No" is a very powerful word and the respondents alluded it will serve you well in the future if you learn this now. They also commented is it better to excel in a few areas than to spread yourself so thin you can't excel at anything. They also reiterated that parents are usually right, so listen to them and don't discount their advice and opinions because experience does matter. 3. Success And Money Really Are A Result Of Hard Work, Grit & Determination- Sorry to burst your bubble, but there really is no free ride or luck that takes you to the top. It is all about hard work, determination and dedication. These women kept themselves focused on the end result and worked longer hours and networked more than their peers. They were willing to take risks, work harder and pursue higher levels of education. An interesting point was all these women sacrificed something today for a greater return tomorrow. The respondents related their exceptionalism and their drive to keep achieving as drivers of their success. 4. Stay Away From People Who Tell You That You Can't- The overwhelming advice on this point was not to let others judge you. It doesn't matter what others think about you, it's what you think of yourself that makes all the difference. It is this strong sense of self that will point you in the direction and the choices you will eventually have to make to determine your future endeavors. Keeping toxic people out of your life allows you to succeed and focus on accomplishing your goals. They also advised not to give up on something you are passionate about. Many told me they regretted quitting playing the piano or another musical instrument and cannot afford the time to learn it today. Time is precious and they advised sticking to a hobby or passion, as it will enrich your life at a later time. 5. Grudges Will Never Take You Anywhere, Let Them Go- It is important to understand that everyone has an opinion or belief that may differ from yours and should be the basis for discussion and learning, not resentment and avoidance. The capacity to forgive has produced great leaders, such as Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi, who recognized that by forgiving people that hold you back, that have managed to hurt you, and forgiving yourself for the people whom you have hurt, you alleviate the toxicity that steals your energy, ambition and self-confidence. Essentially, it diminishes your leadership ability. Learn from the past and embrace the future. 6. Take Care Of Yourself Now- Studies keep coming out that show what we do when are younger may have dire consequences on us when we age. Now is the time to develop healthy lifestyle changes. Exercising and eating healthy, along with the determination not to smoke, take drugs or abuse alcohol, are all imperative for leading a longer, happier and more successful life. Get at least seven hours of sleep a night and try to avoid the drive through. The respondents said these bad habits will show up in your 30's and 40's and prevention is the key. 7. Be Curious And Take Risks- "You can't cross the sea merely by standing and staring at the water", is a famous quote by Rabindranath Tagore. Every reaction requires an action. You'll never achieve your goals if you don't take a chance. With every decision comes risk, but you only need to win more than not. The fact is you are not even in the game without taking the risk of stepping in. Take the road less traveled- these respondents said it made all the difference in their lives. 8. Failure Is Inevitable, But It Can Make You Stronger- One thing these women had in common is they were rejected from something they intensely wanted at least one time. Each one took it as a sign to work even harder and that's what they attribute to their great success. Every one of your failures is laying out a path for your eventual success. Michael Jordan, who is regarded as the greatest basketball player in history, was cut from his varsity team numerous times and said, "I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed." How do you really know what a success is if you have not experienced a failure? These women advised embracing the failure and working harder to get an even better outcome. 9. Study, Study and Study- Get off the video games and reality television and put the time into improving your grades. With all the social media out there, it is hard to not let it invade your life, but you must. The difference between a valedictorian and a salutatorian can typically come down to one grade in high school. Colleges love to boast about the number of valedictorians and often provide greater scholarships and admissions. Students who work hard and achieve in high school learn to develop high expectations and demand stellar outcomes from themselves, which, in turn, become life-long traits. As Socrates said so eloquently, "Wisdom begins in Wonder", so start contemplating and studying. 10. Get Into The College You Really Want To Attend- According to Vanderbilt economics and law professor Joni Hersch, who has researched and published on this subject, students who attend low-tier undergraduate institutions seldom transition to top-tier graduate schools. Even more daunting is those who do, rarely achieve the earnings power of peers who attended elite colleges. Women have it much tougher- A lower tier college graduate who attended a higher tier law school, as an example, earns only about 60 percent of the salary of a lawyer with a bachelor's degree from an elite level college. Christopher Avery, a professor of public policy at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, has published and researched college as a mode of social mobility. Students who earn a degree from an elite college, even those with unremarkable grades and test scores, are handily too far ahead of those who don't, which is why they will never catch up. The networks, resources and teaching at the elite schools typically cannot be rivaled by other colleges and set the path for success into motion. The most elite recruiters go to the most elite colleges. Recruiters often like to select candidates from the elite colleges they attended. The take away here is work hard and get into the best college you can. It will make a difference, according to the respondents and the research. This was an interesting and thought provoking project for me personally. As a high school sophomore with two high achieving sisters currently attending elite colleges, I have seen firsthand how the right choices in high school can impact options for future success. I hope this list helps guide you to a life filled with opportunity. Have you ever wondered what advice some the most successful women in this country would give to current high school girls? I did and I spent over a year contacting women who have reached the pinnacle of achievement in their respective fields and created a questionnaire to get some pearls of wisdom. As a high school sophomore highly focused on education and success, I compiled a top ten list of things these women would do differently in high school, if given the opportunity. Hopefully, it will put you on a path of success, as well! Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/expert/Madison_P_Singh/2270376 0 Comments | Leave a Comment Did you find this article helpful? AGE 50 WHO CARES!

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Women's Interests Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Terri S Hardesty Basic Author | 1 Article Joined: June 23, 2016 United States 50 Is the New Who Cares By Terri S Hardesty | Submitted On June 29, 2016 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article I remember my fear about turning 40. I thought the gig was over, that men would no longer look at me and that my job prospects were dim at best. Last year I turned 50, and I wish I could say I accepted it with grace, but more with dread and sadness. Even though I don't have children, I'd become a grandma overnight. I still see myself as a young, vibrant women. However, a quick glance in the mirror (especially with fluorescent lighting) squashes any hopes of my seeing a dewy faced, ageless beauty. But the fear is not just about looks, it's about getting closer to death. I used to hear people say from time to that life is not a dress rehearsal. But that's exactly how I lived my life, always waiting for something to happen, until then I would stay safe and cozy inside my comfort zone. "One day I'll take those piano lessons." I know I will travel, soon." "I would love to learn Spanish, but I'll do it later." You get the picture. These things don't come unless you make them happen. And I'm now taking action and cultivating my passions and hobbies. For example, today I took a 20 bike ride, recently planted a garden, and I'm just about to sign up for tennis and voice lessons. These are things I always wanted to do. I'm no longer saying tomorrow... it's now. The beauty of getting to be a half-century old is you no longer have to be in denial. Time is running out. You have no more to waste! The fist step is to practice acceptance. Once you accomplish this you can move on and truly start living--maybe for the first time in your life. You can make it a wild, vibrant, exciting adventure. The trick is not to dwell on how you wish things were different. So what is acceptance? You've heard the serenity prayer: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. This is a very wise verse used in twelve step programs across the globe. These words from the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous sums it up nicely: "And acceptance is the answer to all my problems today. When I am disturbed, it is because I find some person, place, thing or situation--some fact of my life--unacceptable to me, and I can find no serenity until I accept that person, place, thing or situation as being exactly the way it is supposed to be at this moment. This is so true when it comes to the aging process. By going out and getting Botox shots, cosmetic procedures and body enhancements, you are in denial and only delaying what one day you will have to confront, an aging body that will enviably die. Until then you will cling to the complements you get when people say you don't look your age; crave those moments when people ask you what's your secret. But those comments just delay time, time you don't have if you want to evolve. You accept where you are in life and then the miracles can begin. You start building from a firm foundation that will carry you through the second chapter of your life. As I gain more acceptance I witness myself being in the moment as opposed to the past and future. I do what I can in this second, a fresh creative time to explore and express what's inside. You don't have to worry about what people think about you. Your mission is to live the rest of your life as fully, genuinely and courageously as you can. When I think back on my youth I can honestly say I worried about the most absurd things mostly related to my looks and the need for the world to validate me. Yes, I was going out to conquer the world so that I would be important. I wore high heels, short skirts, tight pants and created drama wherever I went. I can honestly say I'm glad those days are gone. This is the time to be who we truly are, shed ourselves of all the outward pressures and expectations that so absorb the young, and become the women who no longer care what people think. It's time to show up and be seen, our next act, not a dress rehearsal. By Edward Ted Leger | Submitted On May 08, 2014 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article Expert Author Edward Ted Leger Over time, people of both genders begin to experience hair thinning or even loss. In order to combat this, it is necessary to understand how to get thicker hair utilizing a variety of means. The more ways that you approach the issue, the healthier your hair will become. Read over these suggestions and begin implementing them in your life, starting today. Your hair goes through three different phases of growth. The first is the anagen cycle, followed by the catagen and, finally, the telogen. The vast majority of your hair is usually in the growth phase, anagen. Only about one percent are in the catagen, an intermediate resting phase before the final resting cycle. If for some reason your hair is cycling through more rapidly, you will see an increase in hair loss. You need to make an appointment with your primary care physician and explain your symptoms. It may be related to your thyroid or childbearing issues. By running tests on the likely causes, your doctor should be able to eliminate certain possibilities and help you to manage your symptoms. Another helpful measure in order to attain thicker hair is massage. This will stimulate blood circulation to your hair follicles, increasing their effectiveness. At least once a day, make an appointment with yourself for a five to ten minute head massage. Twice a week, do it after massaging a tablespoon of coconut oil into your scalp. You may want to consider using a laser light comb that has recently gained approval by the FDA. It utilizes laser energy to revitalize the hair follicles. It will usually take between one and four months for results to appear. So with this method, be prepared to be patient, but the results will be worth it. It is also important to look at your diet. If you rely on a great deal of processed foods, you are compromising your health, including that of your hair. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies frequently result in problems with hair and nails. You need to make certain that you get enough folic acid, which is found in soy and wheat. Incorporate Vitamin C into your diet to aid in keratin production. You can find it in tomatoes and citrus fruits. Spinach is a nutritional powerhouse that can provide you with Vitamin A that is essential to good scalp health. You should also consider taking a multivitamin each day to make certain that you have adequately compensated for any nutrients you may have missed in a given day. Use cleansing and styling products that are designed to volumize your hair. They contain ingredients that will attract moisture to your hair. This will make it look and feel fuller. By using a combination of items, you should obtain maximum results. If you have been wondering how to get thicker hair, this article has some great places to begin. Start out with one suggestion at a time or tackle your thinning hair from several directions. You can have thicker hair if you are willing to apply these solutions. CHEMICAL PEELS ADVICE

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Women's Interests » Beauty Products Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Dr. Janna Maher Platinum Quality Author Platinum Author | 28 Articles Joined: September 7, 2015 United States Chemical Peels: What Do Chemical Peels Do For Skin? By Dr. Janna Maher | Submitted On August 01, 2016 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article Expert Author Dr. Janna Maher Chemical peels involve applying a topical agent to the skin to exfoliate damaged skin while stimulating collagen production for firmer skin. The popularity of this kind of treatment lessened when lasers became the popular method for treating wrinkles and brown spots but chemical peels still play a significant role in skin resurfacing. What Do Peels Contain? Peel solutions most typically contain either alpha hydroxy acids (AHA), beta hydroxy acid (BHA), tricholoracetic acid (TCA), or phenol as the exfoliating agent. The depth of the peel on the skin can range from superficial to medium or deep. Results are closely linked to the depth performed. Superficial peels offer far less dramatic improvement than medium or deep treatments do. Overall, you can expect improvement in fine lines and wrinkles, skin discolorations, skin texture, rebuilding of collagen, removal of blackheads, and a temporary reduction in excessive oil production. What Can a Peel Do... and Not Do? Chemical peels in any form cannot reduce the appearance of blood vessels, change the appearance of enlarged pores, and they do not have an effect on scarring. They can make skin smoother, help fade brown spots, and generally make skin's surface look fresher and younger. Having one done every 6-8 weeks will lead to collagen stimulation that improves the appearance of wrinkles.? Many dermatologists are forgoing deeper peels. Complications can include scarring, infection, temporary or permanent changes in skin color, and cold sore breakouts for those with a history of cold sores. AHA Peels AHA peels use glycolic acid and these are considered superficial to medium treatments. AHA peels are effective in improving skin texture, causing some collagen and elastin rebuilding, minimally reducing the appearance of acne scars, and reducing the appearance of skin discolorations. Repeated treatments are necessary to maintain results. BHA Peels BHA or salicylic acid peels have specific advantages for some skin types as irritation may be reduced. A deep BHA peel can be superior for many skin types because the irritation and inflammation are kept to a minimum. Salicylic acid is also lipid soluble; therefore, it is a good peeling agent for blemish-prone skin with blackheads. TCA Peels TCA peels are superficial to medium peels and have been around for years with a history of being effective and safe. TCA treatments are best for fine lines but are minimally effective on deeper wrinkling. Phenol Peels Phenol is generally used to treat limited areas of the face, such as deep wrinkles around the mouth, but it may permanently bleach the skin, leaving a visible line between the treated and untreated areas. Although phenol produces the most remarkable resolution of damage and wrinkling, it also possesses some of the more serious side effects. What About At-Home Peels? If used incorrectly or too often, at-home peels can cause burns, extremely sensitive skin, discolorations, and persistently dry skin that doesn't respond moisturizers. If you decide try one, proceed with caution! The Final Decision Whether to have a peel and what type to get depends on the condition of your skin and your skin type. Most important is for you to know that a peel isn't an anti-aging cure-all. Peels are helpful for improving skin tone, texture, and for some cases of brown spots. For best results, they must be accompanied by daily use of a well-formulated sunscreen SPF 25 or greater and a smart anti-aging skin-care routine. Now that's a beautiful combination proven to help you look younger, longer! To learn more about chemical peels click HERE. COCONUT OIL ANTI AGEING

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Women's Interests » Beauty Products Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Yasmin Andrea Imam Basic PLUS Author | 19 Articles Joined: December 14, 2012 India Coconut Oil and Its Advantages By Yasmin Andrea Imam | Submitted On January 18, 2017 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article Expert Author Yasmin Andrea Imam India has been quite a forerunner when it comes to the use of coconut oil. Most women and men swear by the application of warm oil on their tresses. The general rule of thumb, so to speak, is to inculcate a habit of massaging the scalp at least once a week. The oil is left on the hair for a couple of hours and after a shower, you notice the difference - your hair feels lovely. Aside from the effect that this natural oil brings to the table for your hair, there are plenty of other advantages Let us dwell on some of the benefits of the oil. Cooking Most people do not realize this but coconut oil is quite advantageous while cooking. A reliable brand adds to the flavor. The taste and smell adds texture to an average curry or even chutney. I would suggest that you buy a small bottle or packet. Coconut oil left for a long time tends to get rancid and you do not want to use this at all either on your tresses or in your cooking. If you end up forgetting about the oil in your larder, it will invariably have a foul smell, which means that this needs to be chucked out. Skin Problems The general thought process of refraining from applying oil on acne prone skin or oily skin remains on point. If you are not troubled with these problems, and have regular or dry skin, use coconut oil as a massage it after bath. It works wonderfully as a moisturizer on your body. The one note to follow is to ensure that you do not use copious quantities because this is not cream it is oil! Alternatively, you can also massage your body with the oil prior to a nice warm shower and your skin will reap the rewards. Anti Ageing Benefits Many women who have been using coconut oil on their bodies swear at the fact that this oil helps cut back the years without having to go under the knife. Given the fact that a good brand is a solution that does not eat away the hard-earned notes, it is worth considering. Of course, as said earlier, if you are riddled with acne or have oily skin, do not use the oil. Check with the doctor and only if you get the green light, go for it. Cools the Tempers People who have their scalps massaged with coconut oil regularly do not get into grouchy moods, or so I have heard. Having tried this out myself, I noticed that the scalp massage and a massage on the forehead cools me down when I am grumpy! As mentioned before, if you want something to help you that does not eat up your savings, coconut oil from a reliable brand is the answer. Again, if you have a pimpled scalp or forehead, get professional help from the doctor before venturing here. A number of people are switching over to coconut oil. There have been claims that the oil aids in weight loss, reducing cholesterol and many other long-term illnesses. I cannot state that this has worked for me, given the fact that I am a hardened foodie. Having said that, there is proof that coconut oil works wonderfully on the skin, hair and aids in cooking. Ergo When there is something new on offer, it can take a while to switch over. The southern part of is home to many coconut plantations. Most South Indians use coconut in curries, side dishes, drinks, desserts, cakes and many more. Coconut milk adds flavor to a simple dish. The milk boiled for a couple of hours gives you homemade coconut oil. Throw away the charred mass and keep the organic oil in a sterilized bottle to use as often as you can. In a nutshell (pun intended), the coconut is a versatile nut that has a number of uses and the oil is amazing. How about if you were to change your general routine and add coconut oil to your cooking and as a moisturiser? Sounds strange to you? Read some of the ideas mentioned in the article that may throw some perspective of how a good brand of coconut oil can help you. If you don't like the texture or smell of coconut oil, that is fine too, use what you are happy with, period. Menopause is a tough time and for many women a very unwelcome distraction in a busy life. There are countless products on the market claiming to aid menopausal side effects and most boast all natural ingredients in some form of combined pill. Macafem on the other hand only has one ingredient, reducing the risks of reactions and side effects to a list of other ingredients and hopefully maintaining the potency of other products. The active ingredient in macafen is maca. The key problem during menopause is the hormonal imbalance in the body. At this stage in a woman's life the body is moving from being fertile which means the reproductive system is changing drastically. Once menopause is over the body finds its new balance without reproductivity but during the transition the hormones such as estrogen and progesterone fluctuate substantially. Maca is said to aid this hormonal imbalance bringing the body back to a normal level whilst allowing menopausal process to continue unaffected. Maca is a plant of the radish family and is considered an endocrine adaptogen. This means that it causes an effect that regulates endorcrine support in the body. The glands in the endorcrine system produce chemical messengers (hormones). Maca effectively helps these glands to produce the hormones they need to keep the body at a stable level. Maca itself does not contain hormones, it merely induces the production process in the glands. As well as being an effective hormone balancing supplement, maca is also great for the bones, skin and teeth. It is also used to improve physical endurance, which is also useful during menopause to keep the body healthy and to fight the symptoms. Maca's other use during menopause is to replenish a dwindling sex drive. This is said to be effective in both men and women but one key side effect during menopause and the hormone shift that goes with it, is a confusing decrease in libido. At the same time maca is said to reduce tiredness, another pesky symptom in menopause. Maca has many uses during menopause and tackles most symptoms either directly or indirectly. It should be taken daily and for an extended period of time to feel its full effects. Overall a natural supplement can really help with a wide variety of symptoms but it is always a good idea to first consult your doctor. MENOPAUSE HELP GREEN TEA

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Women's Interests » Menopause HRT Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Tony Lajuan Alexander Platinum Quality Author Platinum Author | 75 Articles Joined: February 19, 2011 Japan Green Tea and Menopause - Benefits of Green Tea By Tony Lajuan Alexander | Submitted On February 05, 2013 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article Expert Author Tony Lajuan Alexander The benefits of drinking green tea are well documented in Asia, North America, and Europe. Here in Japan the tea of choice is Gokurotea, which is regarded as the highest standard of tea you can buy in Japan. Tea comes in a variety of different forms and grades, each with its own benefits. Most Japanese teas have antioxidant properties that not only fight against aging, but also cancer. Studies have shown that regular consumption of tea can reduce chances of breast cancer in women in high risk groups. The Japanese have been drinking tea for centuries and as a result have been enjoying some of the longest life expectancies in the world. Now, when it comes to menopause green tea is one of the best options available. Tea reduces hot flashes and it increases your energy so that you feel less fatigue. Green tea also alleviates many of the other discomforts associated with menopause and aging, such as stress and disorientation. When brewing green tea you should be very careful about the temperature of the teapot and cup. The cup and teapot need to be at the same temperature. Remember, one pouring per steeping. Never just let water remain and become cold. How Gyokuro is brewed is quite different from other sencha. The greatest appellation attached to this tea is called Yame, a small town in Fukuoka, Japan where more than 40% of Gyokuro is produced. If you want to enjoy eating green tea then a simple recipe is at the bottom. Enjoy. Tea Tempura Recipe: Ingredients 1) Picked green tea (cut into halves) 2) Dried shrimp As much as you like. 3) Onion 1/2 4) Flour 1 cup. 5) Cold water 1 cup 6) Cooking oil: a lot (1/2 a pan) How to cook: 1) Thinly slice the onion 2) Make batter: mix cold water and flour. 3) Mix batter, tea shrimp and onion. 4) Ladle out 3, and dip into cooking oil slowly (pre-heated to 170 degrees C / 340 degrees F 5) When it floats, poke it with long chopsticks several times to sink it (*don't flip it over!). Cooking Hint - To produce a crispy finish 1) Check the oil temperature 2) Don't over-beat the batter mix 3) Fry only enough at one time to cover about half the surface of oil in order to allow the ingredients to move freely. 4) It is important to keep the oil temperature constant while frying. 5) Use flour (not flour for bread). In Japan, they sell special flour for tempura, it is easy to deep-fry. LASER THERAPY PROS AND CONS

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Women's Interests » Cosmetic Surgery Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Dr. Janna Maher Platinum Quality Author Platinum Author | 28 Articles Joined: September 7, 2015 United States IPL Laser Therapy: Learn the Pros and Cons of IPL Laser Therapy By Dr. Janna Maher | Submitted On August 03, 2016 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article Expert Author Dr. Janna Maher Without question lasers and various light-emitting devices can help reduce signs of aging and fade signs of sun damage. With so many IPL laser procedures available, knowing the basics about each is essential to making the best decision for your concerns. A Complicated Topic The topic of lasers, intense pulse light (IPL), or other forms of skin resurfacing is complicated. If you've been doing your homework, you've probably found a clutter of complex, technical information that is hard to decipher. Deciding which IPL laser or light treatment to get can be further complicated by marketers making unrealistic claims and promises. So, it's important to find a dermatologist who is clear about the pros and cons-and about the improvements you can expect to see. Two Types of Procedures Lasers and IPL laser treatments are either ablative or non-ablative. Non-ablative treatments target the lower layers of skin, while ablative treatments target both the surface and the lower layers of skin. The system you choose depends on the results you are looking for and how much risk you are willing to take. Ablative lasers can: make a significant difference in the appearance of wrinkles, significantly fade skin discolorations, erase years of sun damage by replacing damaged skin with healthier skin. Risks from ablative procedures include: swelling, scabbing, oozing, bleeding, flaking, redness, significant irritation that requires a longer time to heal, and long-term skin discoloration and scarring. After ablative laser treatment, the skin oozes, bleeds, and crusts. It takes about two weeks before you'll look even vaguely normal. If you chose an ablative treatment, follow post-op care instructions carefully. Inconsistency or incomplete care can cause infection, delay healing, and increase irritation. Non-ablative resurfacing such as IPL laser therapy has none of the side effects associated with ablative resurfacing. However, it doesn't produce the same dramatic results as ablative resurfacing does. And multiple treatments are required for the most noticeable outcome. The advantage for non-ablative resurfacing is its minimal downtime. Non-ablative lasers can: remove some skin discolorations, improve and potentially eliminate redness, improve minor wrinkles and fine lines, and stimulate collagen production after repeated treatments. Risks from non-ablative procedures include: swelling and potential bruising, a sunburn-like reaction, temporary darkening of treated spots. There Isn't a Best Laser Despite what you're likely to hear, there isn't a best laser or IPL laser treatment for everyone. Which one is used depends on several factors, including your concerns as well as efficacy and safety of the treatment. There isn't a single best laser or light-emitting treatment; rather, there are several options and each has its pros and cons. Regardless of the device you and your dermatologist choose, be sure that you're fully informed on what to expect and what is required of you before and after the procedure. And of course, none of these treatments will provide great results if you're not diligent about using a great skin-care routine that includes daily sun protection! HOW DERMAL FILLERS WORK

Beauty secrets for older womenHome » Women's Interests » Cosmetic Surgery Join Sign in EzineArticles - Expert Authors Sharing Their Best Original Articles Search Dr. Janna Maher Platinum Quality Author Platinum Author | 28 Articles Joined: September 7, 2015 United States Dermal Fillers: Learn How Dermal Fillers Work By Dr. Janna Maher | Submitted On August 03, 2016 Recommend Article Article Comments Print Article Expert Author Dr. Janna Maher Chances are you have a basic understanding of what dermal fillers are and what they do, but you may still have questions about how they work, how long they last, and when you should use them. What Dermal Fillers Fix Fillers can be used to fix a variety of concerns related to facial aging, including: Smoothing out deep creases from the nose to the mouth often called laugh lines or parentheses, Plumping thin lips and smoothing vertical lines around the edges of the lips, Enhancing the fullness of cheeks, Filling out hollows under the eye area, and Evening out scars, How Dermal Fillers Work Dermal fillers are directly injected into skin with the purpose of plumping that area to the point where the wrinkle, depression, or fold is gone. Depending on the type of filler, the effects can last anywhere from six months to two years. Risks from Dermal Fillers After all is said and done, the major issue for fillers is one of longevity, followed by risk of migration and lumping, and ultimately the skill of the doctor in placing the right amount of filler in exactly the right place. There is a learning curve to injection techniques. That means you need to find a doctor who has been injecting them for some time, and who has loads of experience, preferably with more than one type of filler. Is there a Best Dermal Filler? Despite what you might have read or heard, there really isn't a best dermal filler; all of them have risks. Which filler substance is considered "best" or "preferred" depends on the doctor's technique, skill, experience, training, your facial needs, and risk tolerance. It has nothing to do with headlines in the media or articles in fashion magazines. It's important to realize that over the past 20 years many of these products that were once showcased in fashion magazines or touted by doctors have since been discontinued for a variety of reasons. Getting headlines doesn't always make for beautiful results! When to Get Dermal Fillers There are many reasons to consider a filler to correct signs of aging that are beyond what skincare products can do. It's not that great skincare can't make a huge difference in the appearance of your skin, but age, muscle movement, fat loss, gravity, and sun damage among other factors will eventually take their toll. Without question, fillers can help improve the appearance of deep lines and give skin a more supple, youthful appearance in ways that skincare simply cannot. If you're considering a filler, the next step is to consult with your dermatologist to figure out which type is right for you. As with any cosmetic corrective procedure, you still need to use well-formulated skincare products and sun protection (even when it's cloudy) as part of the anti-aging package that will keep your skin looking younger and healthier for a very long time!
