Get rid of a fat bottom easily by this easy excercise
Beauty secrets for older women If you have a fat or flabby bottom sit on the floor legs and arms outstretched and walk across the floor on your bum. Then go backwards don't use your legs or feet just shuffle on your bottom Do this everyday as much as you can and your bottom will become perfectly toned so will your hips and waist. It gets easier the more you do it.
