FOOD THAT MAKES OLDER SKIN LOOK YOUNGER AND GLOW
Beauty secrets for older women Yoghurt at least once per day. Broccoli, green beans, egg yolks, don't eat the whites use them as a face mask for tighter skin. Turkey for selenium, blueberries for optimum health, milk and cheese not too much though. Lots of fish and cod liver oil. Oatmeal. Rye bread. Seeds and nuts. Don't eat shop washed salad as it contains ammonia always buy unwashed. Beetroot is very good too.
